Ravichandran Ashwin’s 468 and Mohammed Shami’s 332 helped India crush Sri Lanka by an innings and 171 runs on Day 3 of the Pallekele Test. This is the first time that India have whitewashed their opponents away from home in a minimum of three-Test series.
