They started counting the $100 bills at 3:30 p.m. Two and a half hours later, using three counting machines that can automatically detect the authenticity of paper currency, staffers of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) tallied a cash pile of $4.63 million, turned over by casino junket operator Kim Wong.
