A 13-member delegation from the European Union visited the detention center of opposition Senator Leila de Lima at the Philippine National Police Headquarters on Wednesday. The purpose of the visit was to express the concern of EU, as parliamentarians in Europe, regarding their embattled counterparts in the country.
