You may not know this, but these two were in a relationship from 1984 to 1991; thats SEVEN years! Downey says that the reason they didnt work out was because “she was normal and I was out of my mind.” Jessica later went on to explain that the downfall of their relationship was Roberts drug and alcohol abuse, but that her time with him taught her how to love and eventually how to be a better parent. In 1997, Sarah Jessica Parker married her beau, Matthew Broderick and has been married to him ever since. Recently rumors have circulated regarding the pair getting a divorce, but as of now, they are trying some out of the box techniques. Such as living in two side by side townhomes, knocking down the connecting wall to create a super mansion and each keeping to their “house” with the occasional “sleepover” until they figure things out. \r

#4 - Tom Cruise and Cher\r
Believe it or not, but there is life after love, and Cher has taught that valuable lesson to a young Tom Cruise at the beginning of his career when they briefly dated. Their relationship was a fleeting one during the mid-eighties. Even though she was 16 years his senior, Cher says that they could have been a “great big romance” if their ing schedules hadnt kept them apart. A few months after they began dating, they called it quits and shortly after that; Cruise began dating his soon-to-be first wife, Mimi Rogers. They may not have dated for very long, but the relationship is still one that Cher herself refers to as one of her “top five former lovers.” Who knew. \r

We all know that Kimmy K has had her fair share of smoking hot men, but did you know that she once dated Nick Lachey from 98 Degrees? After he filed for divorce from first wife Jessica Simpson, he was photographed hanging out with Kim Kardashian, before she was a household name. In 2006, the two went on adate when things got too weird for Nick. According to him when they headed to the s, no one was around, but when they left the film, there were over 30 photographers eagerly waiting to picture them. Lachey says that she had only wanted to be seen with him since he had recently split with Jessica and she was still trying to make a name for herself. Nick goes on to claim that Kim called the paparazzi herself, trying to get pictured in the limelight. It somewhat worked, just look at where shes at today. \r

#2 - Ryan Reynolds and Alanis Morissette\r
For all of those “Ironic” fans out there, we are sure you fell over yourself after you learned that heartthrob Ryan Reynolds and singer Alanis Morissette were an item back in 2002. Famous lady Drew Barrymore threw a party, one that both attended; it was here where they hit things off. They seemed to be perfect for each other and became engaged two years later in 2004. Fast forward several years to 2007, they hadnt even set an ual wedding date, and were planning to split. Even though their reps gave a mutual blanketed statement, Reynolds only waited a matter of months before getting involved with Scarlett Johansson, who he went on to marry and divorce, and Morissette wrote her album Flavors of Entanglement about their breakup. Although we thought that these two were a great match, we love Reynolds and Lively together even more; theyre adorable. \r

It might not come as a shocking surprise to us, especially since they had been dating before she hit it big with news hit single “Royals.” James Lowe is a photographer and has spent some of the relationship documenting their lives in his blog. You would think that a pair like these two would have a mass gathering of followers. However, because of Lordes negative comments regarding the looks of both Justin Beiber and the members of One Direction, the two fan bases have turned against the New Zealand singer and her man, calling her boyfriend some rather cruel names in retaliation. Even though the pair seemed to be going strong, rumors of the couples split began to circulate when fewer and fewer pictures were being posted of the two of them on social media in early 2016. Although many people still speculate as to why the pair split up, some would say the spotlight became too much for Lowe. Regardless of the real reasoning, most would agree that Lordes song “Green Light” refers to her relationship and feelings towards James Lowe.
