A New Homemade Dog Treat Recipe just in time for Valentines Day! Red Velvet Pup-cakes for your dog! This recipe was emailed to us by a fan. Happy Valentines day!\r
Ingredients\r

1/4 cup canola oil\r
1 cup applesauce\r
1/3 cup beet puree or fresh beet juice\r
1 and 1/2 cups whole-wheat flour\r
2 teaspoons baking powder\r
1/4 Cup of Vanilla Melting discs (optional)\r
\r
Preheat your oven to 350 Fahrenheit.\r
Whisk together Oil, Applesauce, and Beets.\r
Whisk together Flour and Baking Powder.\r
Slowly mix the dry ingredients with the wet.\r
Consistency should be like cake batter. Spoon into muffin pans to about 2/3rds full. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes. They are done when a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out clean. \r

Frosting is Optional!\r
All we did was melted the melting discs, and drew on the muffins, and let the candy topping get hard again. Tada!\r
