I took my Dad to the Bushcraft Camp where we did a catch and cook on the fire. This time we pan fried the fish in butter, which was a Bass. We tell you the whole recipe as well as show you how to catch Bass from the shore and a boat. Graeme also shows you how to de-scale the fish and clean it ready for cooking.
