The Philippines said it just killed Asia's most wanted terrorist. Terrorist Isnilon Hapilon, leader of ISIS-linked group Abu Sayyaf, was killed in the city of Marawi over the weekend. Philippine authorities said they reclaimed Marawi from Islamist fighters who took over the city five months ago.
