I like to use for my workouts! \rbr\rbrHere is my Jump Training workout:\rbr1. Basketball Warm-Up and Stretch\rbr2. Box Jump (3 sets, 15 reps)\rbr3. Jump Rope (3 sets, 1 minute)*\rbr4. One Leg Rim Touches (3 sets, 15 jumps each leg)\rbr5. Plyometric Squat Jumps (3 sets, 30 reps)\rbr6. Dumbbell Calf Raises (3 sets, 50 reps)\rbr7. Dumbbell Squats (3 sets, 10 reps)\rbr8. Unweighted Calf Raises (500 reps!!!)\rbr9. Go try to dunk! :)\rbr*use 3 variations: double leg, right leg, left leg\rbr\rbrKeep up with the workouts!
