MissObservation Presents: The Shiba Inu

To see more visit my blog at: \rbr\rbrHi everybody! My name is Phoenix and today Im going to be talking about my pet Shiba Inu named Kitsu. Many of you guys have seen Kitsu in my other videos but today I thought I should talk more about Kitsu. Like, just Kitsu. \rbr\rbrKitsu is 8 years old and my parents got her before me so shes kind of like my big sister. Kitsu is the runt of the litter and shes like, maybe a little bit smaller than other Shiba Inus. And shes only 13 pounds. Even though shes small shes very strong and she runs very fast. Some people say that Shiba Inus are either diggers or climbers but I think Kitsu is a sleeper. I think sleeping is her favorite thing to do. \rbr\rbrSome of Kitsus other favorite things are eating snowballs, playing hide-and-go-seek, she also likes playing with her toy stuffed animal, playing tag-youre-it, swinging on the swing set at the playground, and doing tricks – especially when she gets a treat. Kitsu is also a very quiet dog because we trained her not to bark. And Kitsu is really good at staring contests. And when she stares at you with those big, black, hard, solid eyes, it feels like shes looking into your soul.\rbr\rbrDid you know that Shiba Inus are originally from Japan? I think theyre super common over there. My daddy thinks that Shiba Inus were originally bred to hunt birds in the bushes. But I think Shiba Inus were originally bred to be like a little cute living stuffed animal because theyre like so fun to play with and theyre like just a little cute toy. Theyre so cuddly too. \rbr\rbrMy daddy named her Kitsu because she looked like a fox. And the word in Japanese for fox is Kitsune. Also my daddy showed me this chart said that Shiba Inus are the most closest dogs to wolves. But to me she probably looks like a fox, or a fruit bat, or a red panda even. Not like a wolf. And to me she kind of s like a cat more than a dog but you cant argue with science.\rbr\rbrAnd another cool thing about Shiba Inus is you cant get allergic to their fur, which is really nice for my daddy because hes allergic to other dogs and cats. Also, their fur is waterproof so they stay very clean and you dont have to give them baths that often. Which is great for Kitsu because she does not like the water. Some of the other things that Kitsu does not like is; spinning around, wearing costumes, and sledding. \rbr\rbrOne thing you have to be aware of if you get a Shiba Inu is that they are very smart and they have a lot of energy, especially when theyre younger. So that means they can be very hard to train. So you have to do it early and put a lot of effort into it. But if you do they will be the best dog you ever had.\rbr\rbrSo now you all know about Kitsu and other Shiba Inus. Thank you for watching, Ill see you next time.
