President Xi put forward new concepts for development br especially during the 13th Five-Year Plan,including innovation, coordination, green development, opening up and sharing.This is a flagship project.It’s called Jing-Jin-Ji for Beijing, Tianjin and Ji, which is a name of Hebei Province.The goal is to regenerate this part of northern China.
