We take the tough oxtails and slowly braise them for 3- 4 hours in red wine and stock,then reduce the liquor to make a rich and unctuous gravy,served with a buttery mash potato and local seasonal green beans.The process is shown from start to finish.A great British beef dish,classic,heart warming and delicious.
