Typhoon Lan struck Japan, killing at least three people and injuring at least 90 more Monday morning. The typhoon hit Shizuoka, a city 110 miles of Tokoyo. The storm caused 350 flight cancellations Monday after 500 were canceled on Sunday. Hundreds of homes remain flooded in the aftermath of the storm.
