Wildly inconsistent. The Official Godzilla Compendium states that the Mothra in Mothra vs. Godzilla and the 2nd Gen Mothra Imago are downscaled from the 250 meter-wingspan of the original to a 135 meter wingspan, however Japanese books inconsistent. Also The Official Godzilla Compendium pulls a 53-meter length stat for the 2nd Gen Mothra Larvae out of nowhere, where everyone else says they are 40 meters. 180 meters is consistent for the 1961 Mothra Larva, except for when random books list it to be 150 meters for no reason. Theres no time to even get into discussing the weights of the Mothras.
