Mr. Hooligan himself, Rusty Butcher, throws a race in his style of fun. Hooligan racing, pit bikes, stock bikes, 3-wheelers and tank shifters all participate in flat track racing, a TT course and dirt drag racing. Sprinkle in some bands and plenty of cold brews and you have one hell of a good time.
