Karnataka shopkeeper ties a mouse to jar and beats him for stealing. Nowhe has been slammed for trying a mouse to a jar and beating it with a stick after he caught it stealing food. Melahalli Ramanna, filmed himself whipping the helpless rodent as it squeaks in agony in footage branded disturbing by one animal welfare officer.
