Hi,\rbrWelcome to another session of Easy and healthy.. \rbrIf you are fond of Indian cooking so you are in correct .. Gulab jamun is delicacy of India. so Ingredients are as follows..\rbr\rbrMilk powder ( semi skimmed or full cream ) : 1 cup ( 250 ml cup)\rbrMilk: half cup\rbrButter: 14th cup (60 ml cup)\rbrMaida or all purpose flour : 5-6 spoon (7.5 ml)\rbrFor syrup\rbrWhite sugar: 2 cups (250 ml cup size)\rbrWater: 1 cup\rbrSmall 14th tes spoon cardamom powder I grind seeds with two tablespoon of sugar\rbr\rbrFirst boil milk and butter together then mix milk powder and stir it thoroughly.. When all milk is dried keep it for cooling. After cooling it mix 5 spoon (not heaped on leveled) in to the khoa.. Knead properly and if it is dry you can mix few spoons of milk.. make a soft dough.. \rbr\rbrFor sugar syrup:\rbrAdd sugar and water in a pan and bring to boil in another 10 minutes you can see the consistency of the syrup. this is not very thick or thin.. almost 12 thread consistency.. \rbrFrying\rbrmake little ball from dough and fry in hot oil in medium flame.. \rbrthen dip them in sugar syrup.\rbrEnjoy them after 5 hours. I will suggest you to bring them to boil before serve so they will become more soft...
