Devin Patrick Kelley had three gunshot wounds including a self-inflicted shot to the head, police said. Kelley opened fire at the Texas Baptist Church on Sunday killing 26 people. The 26-year-old was shot in the leg and torso by another person. He was found dead in his vehicle by authorities. Kelley attempted to obtain a license to carry a gun in Texas but was denied by the state, the Texas' Department of Public Safety said.
