When Strawberry Shortcake finds that she doesnt have much business coming in her café, she seeks service from her friends only to find out that theyre entirely too busy with their own businesses. Dismayed, Strawberry soon discovers that theres a lot of unpicked fruit at the grove, so she decides to open a marketplace to save them before its too late. Meanwhile, Strawberrys friends want to surprise her by calling pop sensation Cherry Jam to perform at the markets grand opening, but Cherry, whos fed up with her career, regrets getting herself into this situation in the first place.
