A day after live video of huge vehicle pile-up on Delhi-Agra expressway emerged , another shocking video has emerged this time from National Highway 2 near Palwal. In the wake of severe air pollution in Delhi, Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Thursday said, if the need arises decision on Odd-Even formula will be taken by today or tomorrow. 20 vehicles collided with mist and dense fog in National Highway 2 in Palwal. In this, a woman died and many people were injured. In the country's capital, Delhi, Punjab-Haryana, Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh have been carrying havoc since last two days.
