Not only because it jammed some of the nation's finest boom bap reps together with a hand-picked selection of America's similarly-inclined elite. But also because it was a tour engulfed in genuine, raucous energy. Relationships were formed and a genuine companionship emerged between the heads involved. br br This series of three short films documents the local beats scene, the artists that have built it, and the impressions of a group of US artists on their visit to Moscow. br br In this film we look at the stories of three of Russia’s most renowned hip hop and beats acts: KOVSH Beats, Raumskaya and Flatyere.
