1.The first method for producing light. br Write Allah on a paper in black ink, br and do this exercise for as long as br you wish on a daily basis. br Soon thereafter, the Word Allah will br be transported from the paper br and hover over the eyes. Then with br one-pointed concentration, br attempt to transport the word from br the eyes to the heart. br br 2.The second method for producing light. br Write Allah on a zero watt bulb, br in yellow.
