Actor Jim Nabors, who starred as Gomer Pyle in 'The Andy Griffith Show,' has died. As Pyle, Nabors was well-loved, even winning his own spinoff called 'Gomer Pyle, U.S.M.C.' He was also revered as a singer, frequenting Las Vegas and other locations. Nabors passed away at his home in Hawaii and is survived by his husband, Stan Cadwallader. He was 87.
