Sime Darby has decided not to proceed with its planned acquisition of Kulim's 48.97 per cent stake in New Britain Palm Oil Limited (NBPOL).br br In a statement to bursa Malaysia the company said following the expiry of the exclusivity agreement that expired on September 28th.The company had aborted its plans without citing any reasons.
