Sunway is proposing to acquire Winstar Trading Sendirian Berhad and PND Hardware and Trading for 130.9 million ringgit and 6.96 million ringgit each.br br The acquisition will be completed in three tranches whereby Sunway will first acquire a 60 percent stake, expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2015 in the companies.br br This is followed by an additional 20 percent stake each by second quarter of 2017 and 2018.
