Bubur Sumsum (Rice Porridge) with Pacar Cina Jelly

Ingredients:br 200 grams rice flourbr 1 tsp saltbr 1 liter coconut milkbr br Palm Sugar Sauce Ingredients:br 100 grams palm sugarbr 2 pandan leavesbr 100 ml waterbr br Garnish:br Pacar cina jellybr Fresh strawberriesbr Mint leavesbr Basil seed (biji selasih)br br Method:br Combine rice flour, salt and coconut milk and strain until flour is mixed well. Simmer the batter over heat, mixing until the consistency thickens. Remove from heat, allow to cool. To make the sauce, mix all ingredients over low heat, remove when boiling and strain.
