Tireless training by restraining body and mind to regain 'youth.' In the end, losing 18 kilos, Mohanlal made his appearance in a stunning new look. The actor had to lose weight to play the younger version of his character in the upcoming film Odiyan. It was one of the toughest training programs that he had to undergo as the lead actor. Mohanlal trained under the guidance of an expert team that included doctors and physiotherapists from France. The team trains international athletes and Hollywood stars. Director V A Shrikumar Menon too was present in the training centre. Daily practices stretched for more than six hours. Mohanlal left the training centre for Chennai in a special vehicle at 2 am along with the expert team.
