Jamal Qablan and his wife Sahar fled the Syrian region on Deraa three and a half years ago to escape the fighting and the bombing. Now, they live in a makeshift camp in al-Kamarah, in Quneitra region, near the occupied Golan. In their tent, they'd thought they had gone through the worst part... But the winter temperatures in this mountainous region made another victim: their two-week-old son, Faraj, who did not survive the cold.
