The El Cajon Police Department in California has released cell phone and surveillance video from the shooting of 38-year-old Alfred Olango, who was shot dead by police. Olango was unarmed but pulled a vaping device from his pocket and pointed it at police before he was shot and killed. The death has prompted days of protests.
