Kanye and Kim Kardashian West Welcome Third Baby On Tuesday, TMZ reported Kim and Kanye's surrogate delivered a healthy baby girl. The little girl, whose name has yet to be revealed, weighed in at 7 pounds, 6 ounces. Kimye have one son, 2-year-old Saint, and a daughter, 4-year-old North. The couple decided to have the third child via surrogate after Kim was revealed to have a life-threatening condition known br as placenta accreta. Her surrogate has requested anonymity but resides in San Diego.
