VIPER SYNDICATE are punk/alternative band that were formed in the cane fields of Mackay in 2006. Known for highly energetic dynamic live shows and raw, catchy and cheeky songs. They have a lack of musical boundaries and love to experiment with new sounds and styles. Their live shows often incorporate elements of theatre. Costumes, masks, props and guest dancers have been used at various shows. Viper Syndicate have played countless shows in the Mackay region as well as Brisbane and Sunshine Coast. As well as appearing at the Airlie Beach Festival of Music and Mackay Food and Wine Festival on multiple occasions. They have also toured with country music star Bill Chambers and worked as his backing band. Since their formation, Viper Syndicate have released three albums. “A Venomous Bite” (2011), “Audible Scratch” (2014), and “Semi-Automatic Beach Activity (2017).
