Close and allow to cook through. Remove. Chop bacon. \rbrCrack an egg over the grill & break it up a little. Close the grill and allow egg to cook through. Remove. Slice into thin strips. \rbrToast your bagel on the grill until it develops crispy grill marks. Slice into thin strips. \rbrPlace cheese on the grill, close and allow it to melt. When it starts to develop crispy edges and it is firm enough to flip, flip it over and cook for an additional 30 seconds and remove. \rbrQuickly, layer on bacon, egg & bagel strips and roll. \rbrCut into bite size “sushi” bites. Drizzle with ketchup and enjoy. \rbr\rbrVegan Tofu Wrap\rbrINGREDIENTS: \rbrPeppers\rbrTortilla\rbrTofu- Extra Firm\rbrSprouts\rbrPeanut Sauce\rbr\rbrDry your tofu off with a towel.\rbrGrease your grill and lay down your tofu, flipping over through the cooking process to make sure it is crispy on all sides. Remove. \rbrDrizzle peanut sauce on your tortilla.\rbrAdd tofu strips, fresh pepper, sprouts and some more peanut sauce. \rbrRoll your tortilla up into a burrito and place back into your grill until grill marks develop. \rbr\rbrSteak Negimaki\rbrINGREDIENTS:\rbrThin steak\rbrTeriyaki Sauce\rbrCarrots\rbrScallions\rbrSesame seeds\rbr\rbrCut your steak into 2 inch strips.\rbrMarinate your steak in teriyaki sauce for at least 30 minutes. \rbrChop off stems from scallions & thinly julienne carrot.\rbrGrill your scallions just until they develop grill marks. Remove. \rbrGrill carrots until cooked through. Remove. \rbrOn your thinly sliced steak, lay on some scallions and carrots and roll up your steak. \rbrPlace your steak rolls in your greased and pre heated grill. Close and allow to cook for about 2-3 minutes. Remove. \rbrSprinkle with sesame seeds and enjoy! \rbr\rbrGrilled Reuben Pocket\rbrINGREDIENTS: \rbrDough\rbrCorned Beef\rbrDressing\rbrSauerkraut\rbrSwiss cheese\rbr\rbrRoll your dough out over a dash of oil to help it from sticking. \rbrLayer Swiss cheese, corned beef, dressing and sauerkraut. Top with another layer of cheese. \rbrFold the dough over and seal. \rbrGrease your grill and place your dough on the grill. Cover top of dough with aluminum foil. Close grill. Remove once dough is fully cooked through. \rbr\rbr\rbrMango Sticky Rice Cakes\rbrINGREDIENTS:\rbrSweet rice flour \rbrSugar\rbrMango\rbrCoconut Milk\rbrSesame Seeds\rbr\rbrAdd 1 can of coconut milk into a sauce pan. Add 2 tbsp of sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and allow it to cool. \rbrIn a bowl mix 2 cups of sweet rice flour with about 1 cup of coconut milk mixture. Adjusting until you are able to make a smooth dough. \rbrForm small dough balls and press between a plastic bag or ziplock bag to prevent from sticking. This will create a flat circle. \rbrFill the middle of your dough circle with mango and fold over. Seal the edges.\rbrLightly dampen the outside of your dumplings with water and dip into sesame seeds. \rbrOn your greased and pre heated grill, lay down your dumplings. Close grill and allow it to cook until it just starts to brown. Making sure to retain chewiness of your dumplings. Remove.
