His body was found near a riverbed in Sunland, California, near his residence.According to the site, he committed suicide by hanging from a tree. When authorities found his body at a baseball field, it appeared he had been dead for some time. His lawyer Michael J. Proctor said, "I can confirm that Mark Salling passed away early this morning.
