The UTEP and FIU men's and women's basketball teams each played each other Thursday night, and both games ended in identical fashion. Both games finished with a final score of 88-87 after multiple overtimes. The FIU women won on a half-court buzzer-beater by Kristian Hudson and the UTEP men won on a contested jumper by Dominic Artis at the horn.
