According to the zooa, this was the first time the famous hippo’s vocalizations had been recorded.ppFiona was born six weeks earlya on January 24, 2017 and, weighing just 29 pounds, couldn’t walk. The normal birth weight for a hippo is 55 to 120 pounds. On her first birthdaya she weighed in at 650 pounds.
