A scuffle brokeout between BJP leader Jyoti Mishra and a police constable in Uttar Pradesh's Bareilly after which both slapped each other. In December, a Congress MLA from Himachal Pradesh got a tit-for-tat response from a lady constable in Shimla. MLA Asha Kumari got into an argument with the constable and slapped her, the cop retaliated and immediately slapped her back. Himachal Pradesh police's lady constable, Rajvanti, later filed a complaint against Kumari. The MLA had, however, said that the woman constable prevented her from discharging her public duty.
