Almost certain to be re-elected on March 18, Russia's Vladimir Putin has two other goals in his presidential campaign: a high electoral turnout, and a good score among young people. To achieve this, he has appeared at several youth events, including in the city of Kazan, 700 kilometers east of Moscow, in January.
