Learn how to make tasty, healthy & quick salad recipes fromVariety Vantalu. br Salads can be easily prepared at home using limited ingredients like cucumber, tomato, onion and curd yogurt. br br Ingredients: br Cucumber Salad with Curd: br br 1 Cup Curd Dahi Yogurt br Coriander Leaves br 1 Green Chilli, chopped br Salt to taste br 2 tbsp Groundnut Powder br 2 Cucumbers, peeled & grated br br Tomato Cucumber Salad: br br 1 Onion, chopped br 2 Cucumbers, chopped br 1 Tomato, chopped br 2 tbsp Grated Coconut br 2 tbsp Groundnut Powder br Salt to taste br 1 Green Chilli, chopped br Coriander Leaves br br Method: br br To make Cucumber Salad with Curd br - In a large bowl add curd. Mix it properly with a spoon. Break all the lumps. br - Then add coriander leaves, green chilli, salt, groundnut powder. Mix everything well. br - Then add grated cucumber. Mix well. br - Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve. br br To make Tomato Cucumber Salad br - In a large bowl add chopped onion, cucumber & tomato. br - Then add grated coconut, groundnut powder, salt, green chilli & coriander leaves.
