pFlooding hit the northern Queensland town of Ingham on Friday, March 9, causing inconvenience to residents and animals alike.ppEmma Burns, who lives near Ingham, posted this video of dogs being taken by boat to dry land to do their “business.” Her family lives in Cordelia by the Herbert River, which continued to rise, ABCa. “My family have been here most of their life and have never seen it this high,” Burns said.ppAt about 9 am Friday, the Bureau of Meteorology issued a major flood warninga, saying the Herbert River might peak in the afternoon.
