GheeOilbr 1 tsp. Cumin Seedsbr 1 tsp. Fennel Seedsbr 1 Green Chilli, seeded and finely choppedbr ½ cup Green Peasbr 2 Potatoes, choppedbr 1½ tsp. Raw Mango Powderbr 1 tsp. Red Chilli Powderbr Salt, to taste br br For the cover:-br Whole Wheat Bread br 1 tsp. Rice Flour mixed with waterbr br Method:-br - In a pan heat ghee and saute rest of the filling ingredients in it.br - Cut the sides of whole wheat bread and flatten it using a rolling pin.br - Make a round shape using small bowl.br - Cut the circle in 2 halves and make Samosa shapes using the rice flour and water mixture as shown in the video.br - Stuff the filling in the samosas and seal properly.br - Grease the samosas with ghee.br - Bake the samosas in a preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
