MiKayla is an amazing little girl who wished to swim with a Mermaid for the day! This is a wish she had more than earned. MiKayla was so strong for her little baby sister Milissa when she was diagnosed with a rare heart defect called TAPVR (Total Anomalous Pulmonary Venous Return) a few weeks after her birth. The family went through a scary time before and during the surgery. Thanks to the amazing doctors who treated her, Milissa is on the path for total recovery! MiKayla is so happy, and so are her parents! Step in: Miracles for Kids! They arranged for MiKayla to swim with Mermaid Linden for the day at Body Gloves Dive N Surf in Redondo Beach, CA.
