Haven also still drinks 3 8-12oz bottles of BREASTMILK, as well as the food you see her eating :)\rbr\rbrBROCCOLI, CAULIFLOWER, POTATO SOUP RECIPE\rbr\rbr2 heads broccoli, cut into florets\rbr12 large cauliflower, cut into florets\rbr4 large potatoes, diced\rbr1 onion, diced\rbr3 cloves garlic, crushed\rbr2 tsp dried thyme\rbr1.5L veggies stock\rbr\rbrSautee onion and garlic in water, until onion becomes translucent. Add potatoes, thyme and a little more water, and cook, stirring occasionally, for a few minutes. Add broccoli, cauliflower and stock. Cover and bring to a boil. Cook until veggies are soft, stirring occasionally - especially if the stock doesnt all the veggies.\rbr\rbrOnce veggies (specifically the potato) are soft, blend with an immersion blender, or add half to a blender and blend, add to a bowl and blend the other half.
