Today is day 23 of the NewsX mega NPA investigation and we bring to you case no 18.Today's case is about minal oil and agro pvt. ltd and a company based out of Ahemdabad dealing in fertiliser making and food product.The compnay took a loan of 31 crore rupees from state bank of india and defaulted unable to pay the amount back income tax department put the company under liquidation and its premises has been lying sealed for the last more than 8 years but one fact that stands out same as we have seen case after case over the course of our investigation that the money hasn't returned.We will discuss that but first lets listen in to this report.
