I made a solar panel out of solar cells made from 2N3055 power transistors. It produces around 1.5 volts and 4 milliamps, depending on the amount of sunlight or indoor light of course. The transistors were connected inwith bases connected to collectors. The emitters were not connected since my tests showed what I was doing would give the most power output.
