Besan Ladoo Recipe in Hindi with English subtitles-How to make besan ladoo-Traditional Indian sweet

A delicious Indian sweet “Besan ke ladoo” is very yummy & popular. These sweets are made from roasted Besan (gram flour), sugar and garnished with cashews, pistachios and nuts. In this video we will show you step by step-how to make “Besan Ke ladoos”. The crunchy texture and taste of these “Besan ke ladoos” is very addictive and you might end of eating more than one every time.\rbr\rbrIn English Besan Ke ladoo: - An Indian sweet made from a mixture of gram flour, sugar, butter oil, which is shaped into a ball.\rbr\rbrIngredients:\rbr\rbr2 cups Gram flour (Besan) \rbr1-2 cup clarified butter or butter oil (Ghee)\rbr1 ½ cup of super fine granulated sugar.\rbrWater \rbrSmall quantity of sliced almonds, nuts or cashews\rbr\rbr“Besan ke ladoos” are also called “Magadh ke ladoos”\rbrThis sweet lasts for at least 1-2 months\rbr\rbrTo start with, Preheat the pan on medium heat. Add ½ cup of GHEE (clarified butter or butter oil) and we will add the remaining quantity later on.Stir it well.\rbr\rbrGHEE (Clarified butter or butter oil) helps in adding flavor to the ladoos and they last long for at least 1-2 months.\rbr\rbrAdd 2 cups of gram flour – the flour I am using is thick and especially used to make ladoos. If you want you can also use the regular gram flour too.\rbr\rbrMake sure the stove is on medium heat and let the “roasted gram flour” stirring constantly to make sure the mixture didnt stick to the bottom of the wok pan. Roast it for a while!\rbrAdd 1 tablespoon of Ghee (Clarified butter or butter oil) and keep stirring it constantly.\rbr\rbrAss ½ tablespoon of cardamom powder and keep stirring it.\rbrStove heat is still on medium. Add some natural sliced almonds. If you want, you can also add cashews Nuts.\rbr\rbrThe reason, why I added sliced almonds now is to make sure that they get roasted with gram flour. Rest of the sliced almonds, I will use it in the end to garnish the ladoos.\rbr\rbrOnce the color of the gram flour changes to light golden and a sweet aroma is released sprinkle some water. Keep stirring and allow the water to evaporate. Water sprinkling might cause small crumbs of gram flour to form which gives a wonderful texture to the ladoos.\rbr\rbrTransfer the mixture to the tray to allow mixture to cool down a little, Spread it on the tray to remove the heat from the mixture so that we can hold the Besan (Gram flour) in hands to make “Besan balls”.\rbr\rbrSince we took 2 cups of gram flour when we started so now we will add 1 ½ cup of superfine granulated sugar (“Bhura” in Hindi).\rbrDont grind the regular sugar and use it. Make sure you use “superfine granulated sugar”. Its easily available in the market.\rbrMix it well using your both hands.\rbr\rbrNow grease both of your hands with little oil and form small balls of the mixture.\rbr\rbrIts all done. For garnish I placed a pistachio on the center top. Hope you all like It.!!!!!!!!\rbr\rbrPlease do check out my other delicious recipes from my channel.
