Oilbr 1 tsp. Mustard Seedsbr 1 tbsp. Cashewsbr 1 tbsp. Ginger, finely choppedbr 1 Onion, finely choppedbr ½ Capsicum, finely choppedbr 1 Carrot, finely choppedbr 12-15 French Beans, finely choppedbr ½ cup Semolinabr ¼ tsp. Turmeric Powderbr 1 tsp. Sambar MasalaGaram Masalabr ½ tsp. Dried Fenugreek Leavesbr 1 tsp. Ginger-Chilli Pastebr 1 tbsp. Raisinsbr 1½ cup Waterbr 1 tsp. Lemon Juicebr Salt, to tasebr Coriander Leaves, finely choppedbr 2 tsp. Gram Flour + Water + Saltbr br br br Method:-br 1. In a pan heat oil and add mustard seeds, cashews, ginger, onion, capsicum, carrot, french beans and saute them well.br 2. Then add semolina, turmeric powder, sambar masala, fenugreek leaves, ginger-chilli paste, raisins, water, lemon juice, salt and coriander leaves. Cook until the mixture is dry and cooled down to room temperature.br 3. Make cutlets shapes of the mixture as shown in the video.br 4. Make a mixture of gram flour, water and salt.br 5. Dip the cutlets in the gram flour mixture and then in semolina or breadcrumbs.br 6. Heat oil in a wok and deep fry on a medium flame until brown in colour.
