Visit my blog: ~ Open Me ~ Inspired by my favorite Risto galaxy scarf here is a very easy to make cosmic printed top using a plain black v-neck cotton t-shirt, some house hold bleach and fabric paint in metallic silver, cobalt blue and pink. This same technique can be used on shoes, leggings, scarves, backpacks, hats. A) Common household bleach\rbr\rbrWhat paint colors are used?: A) Pink, cobalt blue, metallic silver and white\rbr\rbrWill the paint wash out? No, not if Fabric paint is used, the brand used here is Tulip\rbr\rbrHow do you wash the shirt? Once done I like to turn it inside out and wash it in the washing machine.
