Much needed rain in Delhi brought down the mercury to a cool 24 degrees celsius. The IMD had predicted a dust storm for Monday. Scattered rainfall is expected in areas adjoining the national capital. The pre-monsoon had been escaping Delhi till the first showers hit on Friday, 6 April.
