Add curry leaves keep aside. In 12 spoon of ghee fry onion, tomato, coconut, coriander leaves. Put all together add some water & make it as a paste.\rbr\rbrIngredients for Sambar\rbr\rbrCooked thuvar dal 34 th cup, big onion, tomato each -1 no, 2 inch of tamarind pulp, oil, mustard seed, salt, asafoetida, curry, coriander leaves, grinded masala.\rbr\rbrSteps\rbrIn 2 spoons of oil fry mustard seed, asafoetida. Add onion, fry add curry leaves, tomato fry, add grinded masala & 12 cup of water, cook for 3 mts. Add tamarind pulp & allow to boil. Add mashed dhal, dhal water, salt, allow it to boil, add coriander leaves.
