This is a vlog I filmed during yesterday ride and all you can eat buffet feast. I've been having a great time in Plettenberg Bay once again and I'm happy I can share those experiences with you here on DTube. It is a lot colder here than in December so no swimming at the beach, but besides for that It has been awesome.br br Today we are just doing an easy ride, for around 2 hours (40-50km). We are saving ourselves for a few hard efforts tomorrow, which will be our last full day in Plett.br I feel like my fitness is improving fast on the bike and I'm really happy with my form at the moment.br Thanks for watching everyone!
