That awkward moment when a supercar is being seized by the police and the gearbox decides to break.. yes that actually happened!br br This particular car is quite famous having been covered in the press when it was sold recently purely by the buyer placing an advert, handwritten in Arabic in the front windscreen. However times are not so good for the buyer because PC Lewis (of Millionaire Boy Racers fame, also known as PC Impound-allotta-ventadors) takes yet another Lamborghini Aventador off to his impound for reasons relating to insurance. It's becoming a very standard practice in London; UK police can't verify the documentation provided to them, and can't make a call to check in the evenings due to the time differences to the Middle-East (it's the early hours of the morning), so the public purse pays for the car to be seized before it's released again the next day. This is already the 5th Aventador I know on Arab number plates that's been seized...br br However things got slightly more complicated as the truck arrived and the car started making its way towards it. After a little bit of reversing and shuffling, the gearbox seems to die and the car is stuck in neutral! I've seen this happen to an Aventador before, but it's going to cause a headache getting it back from the impound as it'll need collecting on yet another truck.
